    Wow, tears in my eyes after seeing your progress. It's your eyes in the before and after picture that really show the difference. You glow with health and happiness in the after. Thank you for the motivation!

    Congrats, way to go ! I work in healthcare and see so many people who have been and are in the same conditions you came from. Even in my family. I have been working out for the last 17 years with breaks in between to hav kids and school. I am now back on my journey consistently. I always felt that my body was my control and the one thing I could do something about. I never wanted to be a person to say what I use to look like or use to be able to do cause of my weight. I just know that when it comes to making a difference with my health I have to do what it takes. Thanks for the story and may you stay blessed to continue on your journey,
