Guys Im in month 2 week 1of Insanity
I sometimes get a lil dissapointed I feel like my body hasnt changed as much as I was hoping , I know we are all diff
but if you guys have any pics to share I would love to see them.
I hear a lot of these results happen in month two,so Im not going to quit plus I have been loosing weight lol
maybe Im just being a lil to impatient

I'm currently doing DDP Yoga and running. I REALLY want to do T25 but don't have the money for it right now. Hoping to do it this winter.0 -

I lost a total of 16lbs and almost 11 inches over my body. I thought I would lose more going into it, but by the end it wasn't really about that, but about how much healthier I had become.0 -
