200 QUADRUPED HIP EXTENSIONS

These are great for toning up your rear-end! You can do these without any weights, throw on an ankle weight if you have them, or place a dumbbell (or even a can of vegetables) behind your knee.

    First 30 on each side were done with steel toe boots 'cause I wear them for my job. The rest were done on my carpet without the boots. What can I say...still a bit of a wuss.

    That was difficult! I did 40 reps on each side with a 6lb dumbell behind the knee. I tried to use my abs -- what exists of them.
