                    Any help?  I am in my second week of the second month of P90X and eating about 1200 calories.  I am not losing anything.  Any advice?

 Seconded. It sounds counter-intuitive, but a lot of us have found that we don't lose anything if we cut our calories too low. P90X is an intense workout and you need to fuel your body to see results. At the very least, try logging your exercise and eating back half of the extra calories you earn.0

 Measure every thing that you put in your mouth for 2 weeks.
 EVERYTHING. Fast food, home made, everything.
 Then, you will know your true caloric intake... then get back to us.0

            Keep better track of what you are putting in your body.
 You are doing 1 of 3 things.
 A. Miscalculating your calories eaten
 B. Miscalculating your calories burned
 C. Both0

            I think P90X says the lowest for women is 1800 calories per day when doing that program.0

            Are you grossing 1200 or netting 1200? If you're doing P90X and grossing 1200, you're definitely not eating enough.
 Either follow the rules MFP sets for you and eat back your exercise calories, or follow the P90X diet plan. You do not no better.

            You must have lost some fat, but added some muscle as well. So no much difference. happened to me0

            Not adding muscle on 1200 cals a day. Building muscle takes time and a calorie surplus.
 Agree with the others, eat more. Making your diary public would be really helpful on the advice front! 0 0
