Hi everyone Im new on my fitness but I have been losing weight since January on the Dr. Ian Smiths four phase diet. I went off for a while gained three pounds and now I am staring again from scratch but I am adding exercise. Best diet I have ever tried and it works in the first three months I lost forty pounds. I just love it. Best of luck to everyone.

  • Google Dr. Ian Smith he is the guy from celebrity fit club. Look for his four phase diet. Basically you start with a dextox phase then you gradually move on to the foods you normally eat but youll have better control on your portions and know whats good and not good. If you go off target you can always start over from scratch and it works just the same as the first time. It's also inexpensive it cost me about 30 bucks a week including snacks. I was also able to modify some of the foods to my specifications.
