Is anybody else doing or done any of the '30 Day Challenges'?
I've just completed day 10 of the squat and ab challenge but I just wanted to know if anyone noticed results or is noticing results because I'm not yet and its making me start to lose motivation.

I just finished the squat challenge! I loved it. I didnt notice any inches come off but my legs and butt feel so much tighter. Dont give up!0

I am doing the squat, crunch and plank challenge, I have also added push up to it...would post the pic for it but I have no idea how to get photos on the forums lol ( currently on my 6th day)0
