Need fitness advice plzzzzzz

Hi!
I began my health and fitness journey several months ago. It's been going great and consistent since April aside from getting sick for ten days twice. I am at a point where I need advice and guidance. Motivated friends would be great too!
I am 152 lbs, 5'6. I run on treadmill at least 5x per week for 60 min and burn 600 calories. I try to do strength training too but not lately. I eat pretty clean and healthy.
Can anyone tell me what my daily calorie intake should be? How much I need to exercise? I want to lose 25 pounds.

I would start with IPOARM. Search it in the forum> there is a awesome spreadsheet, that makes the math for you. I did it that way and it is easy and works Good luck !!:flowerforyou:0

Based on all the info you gave, I would try 1500 calories a day. Do not eat back your exercise calories because I already figured that in. Try this for 2 weeks and see what happens. If you're losing 1-2 Lbs a week, stick with it until you need to adjust. If you don't lose anything, drop another 100 or so calories. If you gain weight, drop another 300 or so. It takes some trial and error to hit your sweet spot.0

Also try to get between 120-130g of protein a day to maintain your muscle. You don't want to end up skinny fat. (Smaller but still fat.)0
