Health & Fitness Newbie! Need help!

Hi!
I began my health and fitness journey several months ago. It's been going great and consistent since April aside from getting sick for ten days twice. I am at a point where I need advice and guidance. Motivated friends would be great too!

I am 152 lbs, 5'6. I run on treadmill at least 5x per week for 60 min and burn 600 calories. I try to do strength training too but not lately. I eat pretty clean and healthy.

Can anyone tell me what my daily calorie intake should be? How much I need to exercise? I want to lose 25 pounds.
