For those with success stories....

I'm just wondering if you have some advice as to which kind of exercise worked best for you to help shed the pounds. Also, any tips on what to eat and what not to eat? I really wanna get back into getting fit, but I don't know where to start.

    I still have lots to loose.... But have had great success so far with my amazing Zumba curcuit class!! Lots if cardio mixed with weights and mat work!! You definitely need to find an amazing instructer though!!! Good luck!! :0)

    Start out easy with a bit of cardio and some light weights. The elliptical and the recumbent bike are a great place to start. I was doing about 15 min on one or the other to start. Now I try to hit around 30-40 min cardio and do weights for about 20 min.
