Tea that is! ;) I started drinking green tea in the morning. I add in a little bit of honey and lemon because I don't care for it plain.

So people, what do you put in your tea?

I love ginger tea with real ginger! It has a spicy sweet kick to it and taste really good with honey and lemon.

The only thing I ever put in my tea is a little pure stevia powder extract.

I like mine as a sun tea. I take a big Sports bottle, put in 2 Green Tea bags and a fruit flavored bag, add a packet of sugar, and let it sit in the fridge for a few hours. I drink some every day after lunch.

I drink my green tea plain, I don't get any of that celestial season or nestea crap either. I get the stuff from the Japanese marketplace that I KNOW is authentic and full of flavor. Sometimes I'll add in a squeeze of fresh lemon or a drop of raw wildflower honey.

If it's black tea I usually drink it plain or if I'm bored I'll throw some whiskey, honey, lemon, cinnamon, and a splash of juice in for a wicked hot totty

Hummm, some great options here. I'll have to give them a try!!

I keep screwing it up and making it too bitter. I'll have to try different brands also I suppose.

Don't let green tea steep for more than 1.5 - 2 minutes. it usually gets bitter after that- if it does, add a pinch of baking soda. :)

A little bit of lemon. No sweeteners. Stash makes a Mojito green tea that has mint, lime, and Matcha that's pretty tasty, too.

Depends on the sort of tea. English Breakfast? A dash of milk. Earl Grey, green or herbal tea? Nothing. Unless it's chamomile, in which case I might add a bit of honey and lemon if I feel like it.
