:flowerforyou: Hello everyone ! My name is Tammy ! I would love some help in trimming the tummy ! I am a yoyo dieter and I need to learn to stop that cycle. HELP ! I am from Kentucky "The beautiful Bluegrass State " I love it here :) I go to the YMCA . In the warm weather months I love swimming outdoors, walking , hiking, bike riding , jumping rope and hooping !!!!
