Replacement for Shakeology?

Hi im doing a diet that involves me using shakeology but in the uk we cant get it so is there another brand like that that i can use?

    Bulkpowders.co.uk, you can buy everthing you need... most certainly for cheap, and make your own shakes

    Any diet that requires or suggests Shakeology is a crappy diet. Eat foods you like, create a caloric deficit and try and get adequate protein and fats, profit

    Food is the best option since that's what people should be eating.

    However if you're looking for a cost effective product, a good whey with some added fiber (may have to take that yourself with it) should do the trick.

    I found Vega One to be the same thing as Shakeology only cheaper.

    Buy a reasonably priced protein shake mix, take a multivatamin, then thrwo the extra $70 down a toilet.
