Funny thing I did today.....try taking the stick off the broom and sweeping with just the main sweep. It requires you to squat and move at the same time and is an extraoridinary leg workout!! LOL I thought this was hilarious, yet works, so i had to share! HAVE FUN WITH YOUR WEIGHT LOSS AND MAKE IT INTERESTING! =)

Oh, and by the way...the only reason i didn't use the broom stick was because I had taken it off to use for my little girls pinata for her birthday this past weekend and it was in my husbands truck. So...WAH LAAA!!! lol

    hahah That's funny! It's wonderful that you're finding interesting ways to get some nice exercise into your daily routine! I know it wasn't exactly on purpose but still awesome! It gives me ideas about how to add some more calorie burn into my own daily chores! Thank you! :D
