What's one food you'll include despite the calories?

For me it's pistachios, unshelled ⅓C 160 cals but it
never trips me. Excellent nutrition too! :)

    Olive oil. I could eat so much more food if I'd learn to control how much olive oil I put on it.

    A lot of people on here are carb haters, but not me. I will never give up carbs. I eat whole-what bread, use whole-wheat flour (mostly! Not all pastries work out with 100 percent, but 25/75 or 50/50 works) and have finally embraced whole-grain pasta.

    Salsa and chips. Because of that, I am not fond of going to Mexican restaurants because I have no self control when it comes to salsa and chips. And, if you eat what they set down, they bring more.

    Trader Joes made of flax seed/veggies. I can't do them often because I'll go off the deep end .. but
    you would skip the deep fried aspect by doing that and once @ the restaurant you could chose
    a dish that fit your day? Just an idea. :)
