    I've been here before but got lazy gained the weight back but I think I got that "aha moment" and I'm determined to lose the weight once in for all. I've lost 13-14 pounds in the lost month to month and half. I love food but am learning to get creative with it because I will "NOT" deprive myself of any food I want.

    hey guys ive bn here off and on! however finally im done of being overweight, not having enough energy, bn depressed over my old jeans not fitting anymore! lol im back with a new positive attitude and determination to loose all the excessive fat! need some encouragement and words of motivation when im weak! lol need all the support i can and ill give the same back add if me if u wish to stay on this journey to a better life ! =D i logg in everyday!
