So this is something completely new to me and I'm loving it!

Yesterday I started the C25K program and I woke up this morning wanting to repeat the first day because I enjoyed it so much! (The only reason I didn't is because my shins are still sore from my shin splints and I want to give them a rest.) I have never ever in my life WANTED to exercise or be active. When I did exercise I did it kicking and screaming and never put 100% of my full effort into it.

I'm so excited to just get up and do something instead of sitting like a lump on a log! Whoo hoo!!!!!

    I am by no means a runner but I love th c25k program! I did my first 5k late june. keep going!

    I started it also, and decided to do 30 day shred instead. Now I think I'll alternate. I enjoy the running much more, but feel like I really need the upper arm work to help with the "jiggles". The hardest part is starting... So you've overcome the highest hurdle!
