MFP recommends that I take in about 1940 calories daily, but I usually take in about 1300-1600. I exercise daily, usually losing about 300 calories a day or more. I used to eat only fast food, EVERY day which was horrible. Now I am eating much healthier and this week i have lost about 2-3 pounds (I have been following my diet plan for about 2 months, I have only just began to record my weight). I've noticed an increase in energy, workouts are getting easier, and overall I feel good. But I am concerned about my calories, as I never feel the need to eat more since i usually get full. I am not eating any calories i work off back either.
Should I force myself to eat a bit more each day?

I weigh about 215lbs and I am 5'7 ft

If what you're doing is working, and you feel good, then I say stick with it. If things stop working, try something new.

P.S. This is general advice, and if you have any major health concerns I recommend talking to your doctor about your overall plan for the new healthier You.

1940 is good bro. My BMR is 1945 and stupid *kitten* MFP says I should eat 1600 calories in order to lose 2lbs per week. MFP is straight trippen hahahaha. Anwyays, I'm cutting at 1810-1950 and have lost, on average, 1.77lbs per week for the last 9 weeks with refeeds every month and eating everything I want, except for baked goods FML!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
