I am a 37 year old mother of 2 teenagers looking to shed at least 50 lbs. I have a very stressful full time job on top of being a mother and wife. I fully believe no one can go on a weight loss journey alone and be successful. Anyone looking for a buddy to chat with I would love to talk and encourage others.
