If you aren't exercising at a gym or in public - hold off (if you can).
I need to buy some more as mine are getting too big but I'd probably need to buy a new pair every 2 months or so & I'm not prepared to do that.0 -
I workout in my house and hold my boobs if Im doing vigorous jumping even WITH a sports bra. I know its weird but eh.0

Im sorry but your 21...if you haven't learned how to manage your breast by now no one can help you here. ....buy a bra, ask your sister, mum.. to loan you the 8.00 for the clearance rack cash.
they have a mind of their own...if they sense air THEY GO FOR IT! XD0 -
how deep is the v in your profile pic?

My wife just picked up 4 new bras at Kohls for a total of $14. If you can't afford $14, what the hell are you doing with a smartphone? This thread is just an obvious grab for attention.

Super rude!
Anyhoo. I have big girls myself. AND I'm a breastfeeding mom. I wear TWO sports bra's and use a tensor for support. Then i put on a tight tank top and a tshirt. I swear its an extra 5lbs of weight but it keeps them from knocking me out on the track. I got my sports bra's at Walmart on the cheap.0 -
i may ask my mom to get me one next time we go to norfolk i currently use one of my bras and two of hers (shes a C) and it seems to semi work until my ribs begin to hurt0

A roll of elastic bandage, the kind you use for a sprain. Get a long one or use multiple. They cost like $3-$5....
Aak! NO. This is actually a very bad idea. The elastic constricts as you move and can cause bruising and impair breathing. Get a sport bra, or wear two if you have to.0 -
Walmart has them for $7. Old Navy $8. If all else fails bungee cords and saran wrap.0

wouldnt want that considering i have mild asthma0 -
I double-bra it. Regular bra and then a sports bra over it. I'm fairly big myself, so I hear ya. I actually had to ask on a fitness forum ages ago, I would not have thought to use 2 bras otherwise. It's a good question. Ignore the haters.0
