I like hummus with carrots
If I'm making it part of a meal instead of just a snack, I like to spread it on a spinach wrap and roll it up with lots of veggies/lettuce0 -
Hell, you can put hummus on Doritos!
Most veggies respond well. Most bread-like substrates as well.
I was bored of plain rice one day so I mixed some roasted red pepper hummus in rice and it was epic!0 -

Everything. I use it as toothpaste.
Try thinning some and using it as a salad dressing. Works even better if you toss in some mini baked falafel balls as croutons.
If I'm feeling particularly decadent, I spread it on some fresh ciabatta with spicy roasted pepper jelly.0 -
I use hummus in place of mayo! Love it. For celery I use f.f. Cream cheese0

I use Hummus as a sandwich spread in place of Mayo. Garlic Hummus with Roast Beef, or the roasted red pepper with Ham or Turkey Breast. Sometimes I had a little tabouli as well.0
