Cucumber slices are really great imo.

Also, you can make lettuce wraps. Fill with any veggies you like, and then spread hummus!

I like hummus with carrots :)

If I'm making it part of a meal instead of just a snack, I like to spread it on a spinach wrap and roll it up with lots of veggies/lettuce

Hell, you can put hummus on Doritos!

Most veggies respond well. Most bread-like substrates as well.

I was bored of plain rice one day so I mixed some roasted red pepper hummus in rice and it was epic!

Hummus on Sprouted grain bread like Rudy's or Ezekiel (holds up much better than regular bread and better for you anyway)! I dont eat mayo so its a welcom addition to my sandwiches. All the above suggestions are spot on. So delish. I second the sugar snaps!

Everything. I use it as toothpaste.

Try thinning some and using it as a salad dressing. Works even better if you toss in some mini baked falafel balls as croutons.
If I'm feeling particularly decadent, I spread it on some fresh ciabatta with spicy roasted pepper jelly.

I use Hummus as a sandwich spread in place of Mayo. Garlic Hummus with Roast Beef, or the roasted red pepper with Ham or Turkey Breast. Sometimes I had a little tabouli as well.

Wheat thins or some sort of cracker.

Or I take pita bread and brush some olive oil and sprinkle some spices on it and bake it in the oven really quick to make some home made pita chips. :)
