Help! No weight loss after a month of trying

Well a while back I posted about not being able to lose weight....
I got a medical check up and I am fine...thyroid and everything is very normal
I am no longer stressed...(i am certain that is why I regained everything I lost)
I got in a very minor car accident and slowly worked out to be able to do long distance running....in a month I've lost one pound despite running 3 miles a day and this week I am alternating between doing jillian michaels 6wk 6pack abs and her killer buns and thighs video while doing 1.5 miles a day....plus I have been watching my calories and I am not overeating...

You may be burning too many calories which is resulting in your body trying to hold onto the fat you have.0

With all that activity you should at least consider eating back your exercise calories, or the majority of them.0
