Help! No weight loss after a month of trying

Well a while back I posted about not being able to lose weight....
I got a medical check up and I am fine...thyroid and everything is very normal
I am no longer stressed...(i am certain that is why I regained everything I lost)
I got in a very minor car accident and slowly worked out to be able to do long distance running....in a month I've lost one pound despite running 3 miles a day and this week I am alternating between doing jillian michaels 6wk 6pack abs and her killer buns and thighs video while doing 1.5 miles a day....plus I have been watching my calories and I am not overeating...
