Favorite snacks!

I'm interested in knowing your favorite snacks!! Going weekly shopping tomorrow and I'm needing afternoon snack ideas. Every morning I eat (as my snack) a sliced apple with cinnamon on it. Then for dessert I eat a blended frozen banana (tastes just like ice cream!). But I need a reliable afternoon snack. Help meee!

What do you eat for a healthy, natural, low fat low cal snack?

    I love celery, which is virtually no calories and lite cream cheese (around 20 calories per serving).

    So yummy!

    I learned a sneaky little trick for something crunchy a long time ago. lol Spread out some shredded cheese on a glass plate then microwave until crunchy. Peel off the plate and dip into a bit of Greek yogurt.

    I do granola bars... I only buy Nature Valley or Nature's Path. Nature Valley bars are all anywhere from 170 to 190 calories and definitely leave you feeling satisfied! Nature's Path bars all range in calories, but they have healthier options. They are all anywhere from $4-$6 around here...not sure what they are anywhere else.

    I like to do almonds and strawberries when I am hungry. Almonds are a good source of fats and protein. Strawberries are low in calories and carbs and also contain some vitamins.
