what to eat

So it is nearly 11pm here, and I am trying to hit my 1500 calories. I mean, I could run a bit shy, but at this moment I am at 957 calories.

Any suggestions as to easy-ish, low in carb (kind) and high in protein snack or meal?

I could do a shake maybe, but I'm hoping to find something new and delicious.

    Eat above 1200 if you can. Any nuts in the cupboard? Make up a quick scramble with some cheese? Nothing really too fancy, but it's better than being below 1000 calories.

    I like hard boiled eggs with a tomato or green pepper and some cheese.
