Hi!
I am just starting out on this. I am just wondering what everyone's routine is that uses these DVDs.
There are only 3 workout levels... do you rotate? Any tips/insight would be appreciated.
Thanks! :flowerforyou:

i started it today! From what I understand she said do level 1 until you feel ready to go on to the next level then as that one becomes easier move on to the 3rd. I am thinking 10 days on level 1 10 days on 2 and then the last 10 on level 3 but we'll see how it goes. Lets just stick with it!!0

For me, I started with that dvd to get myself back into a work out routine. I just kept doing the first workout until I felt I could easily get through it without strugling, then I moved on to level two, and would rotate between level 1 and 2, then finally when I felt I could do both fairly easily I added level 3 and began rotating between the three levels. The next thing I'd like to do now is do all three levels together and rotate the shred video between her other two videos (no more trouble zones and the boost metabolisim one, and soon the kettle bell "shred" video when it's released) though, to be honest, I still use 30 Day Shred on the days I feel I don't have a lot of time as all three workouts are simply just great on their own.0

New too. Just need advice on how to stay on track. Lost 20 pounds at 230 and need to lose more. Have asthma and allergies. How to do it on the meds?0

You just do it... a little everyday and track track track your food! Meds or no meds once you get your heart pumping you will NOT be grogy for that period of 20 mins. Today was hard on me and I was frustrated that I am in a body that is prohibiting me to do it better. I have some knee issues so I couldn't give it 100% YET but Knee problems like Asthma are both things that get easier to deal with the more weight you lose!0 -
Thanks everyone, I'm excited!0

Hi everyone! I only heard about this dvd from others on MFP and it seems so popular. I ordered it from Amazon yesterday so hopefully it will arrive in time for me to start at the weekend. Does anyone know if you are meant to do it every day or 3 times a week?0

You guys inspired me, just ordered the DVD, too - can't wait to get started!
Doing EA Sports Active 6 week challenge (Wii) at the moment which sometimes doesn't really challenge me. So looking forward to a really kick-butt workout0
