I'm glad found about this site so I can get help with my exercises.
I read about this is exercise called Tabata in this article: http://www.bubblews.com/news/479385-tabata-4-minute-work-out-is-this-for-real
It's only done for 4 minutes. I haven't tried it because it's looks to hard to do. Is anybody familiar with this? It just sounds to good to be true to exercise 4 minutes day only. Or will I end up in the emergency ward if did this?

That's basically part of the warmup to Insanity, only shorter. By itself, once through, no it's not going to do much.0

If you can do Insanity after proper Tabata training then you're not doing it properly. Each 20 second burst should be as fast as you can humanly go.

I saw a documentary about this way of exercising and it works for around 40 % of people but not for others. You can't know if it works for you or not until you try it for at least a month. I can't remember the reason for this now but am sure if you googled about it it will come up.0

That's how Insanity works too. Only it's over and over for 45 to 60 minutes.0 -

If you can do HIIT for 60 minutes, it's not HIIT. (Well, that's how I understand it to be.)0
