Goals for the week:

- Log all intake every day no matter what (haven't been doing well here)
- Have a 1lb loss on Wednesday
- Move more than just my C25K schedule

    Quit obsessing over my body.

    Quit thinking I'm fatter than I was before I lost what I did.

    Get the stiffness out of my left hip with stretching and walking.

    As you can see, most of my goals are mental this week. O.o

    Stretch everyday. This has been a difficult habit for me to build.

    Post some progress pics. I cannot imagine being 31lbs down and not feeling on top of the world! What gives?

    Plan my menu for the week.
    Eat clean each day and stick to between 1400-1600 calories
    Plan my exercise for the week and participate in some form of exercise mon-fri
    Take measurements
    Begin reading my book push by chalean Johnson.
    Lose 2 pds by Saturday (BBQ to go to)
