Quit obsessing over my body.
Quit thinking I'm fatter than I was before I lost what I did.
Get the stiffness out of my left hip with stretching and walking.
As you can see, most of my goals are mental this week. O.o0 -
Stretch everyday. This has been a difficult habit for me to build.0

Eat clean each day and stick to between 1400-1600 calories
Plan my exercise for the week and participate in some form of exercise mon-fri
Take measurements
Begin reading my book push by chalean Johnson.
Lose 2 pds by Saturday (BBQ to go to)
