I would love to have a few more friends, specifically ones that are doing ZCUT, ZWOWs, or other HIIT.

Anyone out there??

Fair warning, read my profile...I do NOT eat clean. Don't really ever plan on it either. In fact I had pizza for dinner.

    I just heard about Zuzka. I received her DVDs in the mail yesterday and did workout 1 in the cardio series

    I joined ZGYM and am starting out with her beginner series.

    I used to do her workouts, but I've been doing HIIT for so long now that I just make up my own thing. I visited her site for the first time in months just a week ago. I saw that she has started charging for her videos. That's a bummer. fitnessblender.com has some pretty good HIIT routines.
