    I love my dogs Karlie (Springer Spaniel/Great Dane mix) and Gizmo (Pomeranian) they are my babies! Pics are in my profile. :)

    I have a Rhodesian Ridgeback - perfect fit for us and love her to bits :smile:

    Also want to shout out the rats make awesome pets too - had a few previously and they are so full of personality!

    Ya know, I always thought English Bulldogs would be gross sounding, bad smelling and lazy, then once I got one, I realized that I was totally...right.

    BUT

    I also learned that they are HILARIOUS - seriously funnier than most of my friends. I am sure it isn't on purpose and just the nature and look of them - but then sometimes it makes me laugh so hard I wonder. They are also one of the most sweet natured creatures I have ever met. Way more loveable than I thought. Super friendly. My brother has a chihuahua and it is the bulldog's best friend. She actually plays with a wild rabbit that sometimes comes into our yard.

    So for me, bulldog might be the answer!

    Every Weinmaraner I've ever seen has been very high strung. Not a dog guy at (in general) all but I think greyhounds are awesome. Not cat compatible usually though.

    My college roommate was a toy poodle. Loved that dog. Now I have a cockapoo, he is the best buddy. I am his human. He sleeps beside me at night. I've got a 5month old lab. She is a handful but I know Peaches will be a fulfilling pet as she matures.

    Cats are ok if they stay outside. I've got 3 grown cats and three kittens at the door now. I've very allergic to them, so outside they stay. They keep the kids busy.

    I also love fish. So little maintenance So many pretty colors. I've got 5 bettas and 4 tanks of guppies. I've been selecting and breeding the guppies. They are starting to turn out like I've wanted.

    Can you tell I like critters? Animals lower stress & anxiety and never once has an animal judged me by my weight.

    If I could have only one though-my cockapoo. I can see the love in his brown eyes and its unconditional. With all the heartache in my life, my dog is my rock at the end of the day.
