Always clean. I start putting them away to reinforce my commitment.

This is why I don't have roommates. They were always trying to sabotage my dish cleaning efforts.

I hate it when that happens! I usually open it and give it a sniff. That usually tells me what I need to know.

This here is a good reason not to rinse stuff before putting it in... it's easy to tell when it's dirty.

Open the door and check a few dishes. Rocket science

    Always, always dirty!

My secret... I'm a clean freak! I empty the clean dishes immediately and put dirty dishes in immediately after use.

My dishwasher has a "Clean" light that stays on until I open it up.

empty I hate having dishes in the washer clean or dirty. My dish washer has a finish clean light on it . As soon as it comes on it gets emptied.

My solution to this quandary is to not have a dishwasher. :D
