weighing brown rice cooked or dry

I am wondering how should I weigh Brown Rice cooked or uncooked to be accurate ?

I'd say cooked. You don't eat it raw. Just like pasta.0

I weigh my brown rice and pasta dry. I'm pretty sure that's what the package says to do. It takes into account that the weight doubles when cooking.0

Well if you put in different variations of cooked, uncooked, 1 cup, 1/2 cup etc - it's all different calories >.<0

It should state 'dry' or 'cooked' in the food list anyway.
