Hello Everyone, I'm new at this. I started my adventure to losing (yet again) but am finding I really love this program. When I started this new adventure I needed to lose nearly 100 Lbs. 9 Down and 91 more to go. But I really am enjoying this new found site. I have eaten almost anything I wanted. I am now starting to move more and am already feeling more active. I am enjoying all the post and seeing progress of everyone. It is enspiring. Thanks My Fitness Pal!

Hi I am Kris and I am new at this site but not at losing weight. I have been doing this since July 4th and for the life of me, I have a hard time eating the 1200 calories a day. I have been walking more which is good. I am trying to get to 10,000 steps. I have 5000 so far. I could use some support on continuing walking and eating healthier. I did purchase a kitchen scale, I am hoping it will help keep my calories in check. The problem with me is that I have had 3 kidney transplants. I do not add salt to anything! Pepper I love. I am trying to eat more protein and less fat and sugar. Hopefully, it will come off and stay off this time.

    Thanks for reading!
