Tonight for dinner I made chicken thighs in the crock pot with some spices on top. Made quite a bit. Once it cools & goes in the fridge how many days would you keep it around ? Its good, probably wont make it 3 days, but just incase. Thanks

I usually go no more than 3-4 days, but normally I play it safe and just plan to eat any leftovers the next day.

If you don't get it eaten in a couple of days I would freeze it in portion size servings to use it at a later date. I really don't like to have the same thing day after day, but don't mind left overs if I can make them planned overs.

I am on board with this, I leave it till it starts to get funky. But I have a killer smell, so my nose knows.

This is me too lol. It's good till it's bad! Haven't gotten sick from my own fridge/cooking ever.
