No more trouble zones - how often should you do it?

As the title says really! I've just done day one of NMTZ and it was hard work, really really hard work bu i feel great now! How often should you do it? Every ay like the 30DS or a few times a week? I've got a feeling i'm going to ache tomorrow!

    i loved this workout myself...! And that has been my question forever too... However, what seemed to work for me was doing it three times a week, alternating between the days. So that the essential muscles rested between the days. I did more cardio intensive stuff like the 30DS routines, or Jillians Cardio Kick Boxing (x2), or some routines out of the Butt Bible even. I thought three days was enough. Its very effective isn't it? Yeah you will stay sore for a day or two...but man I love that sore! Good luck!

    Thanks so much. Did you do the other DVD's in the off days or just whenever you felt like it? I plan to do it 3-4 times I week I hope! It's just my eating that I need to cut back on as well! I agree, the soreness feels awesome as you know you've worked out!

    Im going to do it mon-weds-fri and ride my stationary bike for 30-60mins a day on off days. Im hoping that gets some good results.
