These are so good, 2 eggs, 1 banana, 30g low carb chocolate protein powder, mash the banana and whisk all together and cook. I just then layered with strawberries and drizzled honey over. Only around 360 cal and its a big serve, it could even serve 2 or just half the recipe. Omit the protein powder and save about 100cals for plain pancakes.

    wow nice!!! you could save a lot of cals too and use EGG WHITES vs whole eggs!
    i have a greek yogurt pancake recipe (tons of protein with GY) and i use flour and egg whites/baking soda.. and i add bannans in it.. omg bomb.. and i put a lil butter melted on top and cinnamon /sugar mix sprinkled on top (like a tsp) and its bomb and low cal
