So I just bought this the other day, have not used it yet. I'm wondering if anyone has used one of these, and how did it work out for you? I also have no idea how I can even go about figuring out calories burned.

    Hoping someone can atleast give me tips on how to log something like this as an exercise on MFP. Would it count as rowing or pilates?
