I don't 'do' guilt around food so my definition of guilt free may differ to yours. Current faves are:
100 cals of savoury popcorn
100 cals of dark chocolate
Mini Twister ice lolly 45 cals0 -
Pop Secret Homestyle Microwave Popcorn0
-
Quest protein bar. Cookie dough is my fave.0
-
Special K Cheddar chips0
-
I eat a fiber one bar or a 100cal low fat fudge bar from kroger0
-
One serving of Cheerios mixed with a serving of yogurt. Lately I'm on a banana yogurt kick.0
-
I save my guilt for church.
If I'm short on calories and need chow, I'll go straight for the carbs. Tends to dodge paying the piper later.0 -
Korean grilled seaweed snacks. About 10 kCals per serving.0
-
I usually have no cals left over late at night so I do either:
- Black Diamond marble string cheese (60 cal)
- a couple raisins (40 cal)
- tbsp of Nutella (100 cal)0 -
Apple, hard boiled egg, greek yoghurt, hot cocoa and raw carrots.0
-
Korean grilled seaweed snacks. About 10 kCals per serving.
Oh how I love that stuff!
I have Gestational Diabetes so a fasting blood test every morning, so as near as possible to no carbs after supper.
So, right now I'm eating an egg mixed with cheddar, feta and olive oil, in an attempt to get in the cals without the carbs.0 -
If I have calories left, whatever I want. If I'm out of calories but hungry, usually a handful of baby carrots to hold me over to morning.0
-
I like having a popsicle or a fudgesicle, usually lasts me enough to get me off my sugar craving, because if anything I only want sugary food!0
-
Chobani Greek Yogurt.0
-
Anything that fits into whatever macros I have left. If I'm running low in the double digits its usually baby carrots0
-
Dark chocolate with almonds Hershey's nuggets0
-
Dark chocolate covered almonds. Or cheesy toast.0

Post Workout Fudge Balls
I like to keep these in my freezer for such an occasion.0 -
375 grams of rolled oats
3 scoops of whey protein
tablespoon of raw peanut butter
600 ml of almond milk
Then sometimes I get up in the middle of the night and eat 2 or 3 protein bars.0 -
No guilt eating anything. As long as I have calories left, it's whatever I feel like eating.

Vanilla Greek yogurt with some honey mixed in.
Bowl of low carb/high fiber cereal with milk.
Cinnamon toast.
Which is why I always seem to end my day a bit high on carbs, but whatever. It's what I like to end my day with.0 -
Slice of chorizo or a couple of almonds.0
-
Homemade hot chocolate-skim milk with a couple teaspoons of cocoa powder and sugar.0
-
Quest protein bar. Cookie dough is my fave.
That's the only flavor I don't get around here. I soo wanna try!0
