hotel blues

I just recently moved to hawaii and i am currently in a hotel until the 22 i miss working out and the gym in the hotel is closed atm. I have been swimming a lot. The neighborhood is not that safe and i dont feel comfortable running solo any advice on some things i can do with limited space

    Check out youtube- I think they have some free workout videos to help you get by. Start making friends and go running or something with them. Since you've moved there, start looking for a gym :) Do a google search for 'hotel room workout' or something along those lines. A lot of people have made them.

    find an 'insanity' vid on youtube or something. dont need to follow the program full on, just do one of the videos when you want to work out. no weights or anything required.
