Need help getting back on track :)

Hi!

I've been an on/off user for ages, and have really struggled to keep myself on track .Have made it back here again, so I feel I've made the best step I can to help me lose the weight I want. I've put on a stone since Dec, when I was using this site properly, so want to shift that, and get back to healthy eating again!

If you would like to add me as a friend, that would be great, as I need some support to keeping myself on track now :)

    I need a little bit of help in that department myself, so we will be a good support for each other. I had lost 25lbs last December, but I hurt my foot, and stopped exercising for a bit, then we moved house and I stopped logging for a while too. Today I just weighed myself and realised that I had put 16lbs back on (whoops!!) So I still have to lose about 51lbs to get to my goal (am really annoyed with myself). I am determined to get back on track now, and will support you as much as I can. I need all the friends I can get, because most of the people I had for support last time, seemed to have fallen off the wagon too!!! Anyone else reading this, feel free to add me as well!
