Hi, I am a stay at home mom of 3 (5 year old, 2 year old, 6 months old), I am nursing my 6 month old and from 9am to 3pm I usually have at least 1 child napping. I have tried cutting my calories back to 1200 a day and I noticed a big drop in my milk supply. I have a hard time fitting in and sticking to a good workout plan. I am 5'3", weigh 170lbs and would like to lose 45 lbs to get back to me pre-child weight I am not looking for a quick fix, slow and steady wins the race. Does anyone have any at home workout tips or safe breastfeeding eating tips? Thanks a bunch!

I believe for breastfeeding you need to add in 500 cals to your daily caloric intake. Do a search in the groups for breast feeding moms and join one, that way you can have full support in your journey. Good luck!0
