Progress Pictures!

So summer time is coming to an end and I am excited! Not because the beautiful weather is going away, or because I have to go back to school. I am excited because I always get back on track in the fall/winter time! Something about the weather, the season, makes me want to lose weight. It happens every year and this year I am gonna kick this weights butt!

In order to keep myself so motivated I was looking at progress pictures and I though I might as well share them with the website. I have currently lost around 30-35 pounds, depends on the day really. My highest weight was 170-173. I am 4'11" and I now weigh 139 even. Here are before and in progress pictures :))

    i feel the same, the fall always makes me want to clean, get in shape and have a clearout of my wardrobe :smile:

    Fantastic!! You look lovely! 30lbs makes such a difference. I'm with you that Sept - Nov is the best time to lose weight. So lets hope we all reach our goals before the mad month of Xmas starts :bigsmile:

    Thanks everyone! A lot of times I cannot tell a difference. I think we all know how it feels to still see that same person in the mirror even though you know you've made changes! It was a difficult process and it still is but I am so much happier and have so much more confidence now that I have lost the weight.

    I graduated high school at 170 and went off to college, and now when I run into people from high school its kind of amazing when they either don't recognize me or keep telling me how far I've come.
