>150 to go... let's do this together!

I was doing WW for just over a year (as in paying the fee, but not really working the program, like I should) and we hit a financial slump, so had to stop paying the fee.

I am at least 150 pounds overweight! and I have started today, trying to make better choices and even started with some crunches and arm workout this morning. I plan to get some walking it- and need to get some fruit and veggies at the store, today, too.

I think the biggest issue I may have, is I am in the process of starting a business from home... and I am making baked goodies. 0_o I have tried selling things I've sewn, or things I've knitted- but not really been too successful at it. Not that I'm not good at making it- it is expensive to make, so you have to charge more and people are not really wanting to pay that much. (Which I totally understand!)

I am working on making the recipes a bit healthier and also self control. I also get my family to try the recipes after I make them to help share the calories! =) I am grateful that there is a place on here where I can put in the recipes and how many servings- to learn how much damage each item will do! I love that!

I love to make new friends and I look forward to meeting any who will take this journey with me!

Can I ask what you are doing to be able to lose weight so consistently? Are you working out? If so, what workout are you doing?

Another issues I am having, is my knees are not all that great, anymore. I want to be able to get on the floor and play with my grandchildren, which I really can't do right now! I want to be able to get up and down out of a seat without grunting and groaning. =)
