Who has their diaries set to public? I am starting my 3 year nutrition degree in September and would be interested to have a little peak!!

    thats a good idea i wish i had known about mfp going through school.

    Oh and a really great program you can get on you tube is called secret eaters and supersize vs. superskinny produced by the BBC.

    Be great for a first year nutrition student one to get some sympathy and two realize the extent of your clients subconscious eating and how essential it is to learn about portion size.

    It really brings to light how unreliable food diaries can be.

    MFP would be great for a senior project too!
