I know everyone says "Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water a day".. my question is this..Is there a maximum limit of water that I should know about?

Yes there is ...I don't know to answer how much you can google it ....but I know for a fact that you night even die out of washing away all of your body salt... I live in a very dry and warm place and there was a guy ( hike traveler) that died out of drinking to much.
But look at my diary and you will see that I drink huge amount of water (today 16 cups so far) and I'm still here to answer you. Lol

Yes...but it would be a lot of water. Make sure you're also replenishing your electrolytes. On average I drink about 1 gallon per day and often between 1 and 2 gallons per day if I'm working out in the heat.

Yea you'd have to drink an insane amount for it to be hazardous to your health. And especially if you're working out, etc. you need more. You should only be concerned if you're constantly drinking when you don't need it or aren't thirsty.
