Since I do the brisk walking I track it to walking with the duration of time 30 min for 1-2 miles and 60 min 3-4 miles. Simply just time yourself. The Walk Your Belly Flat one I do the same I check off brisk or fast pace walking.

I have been doing 4 fast miles, and I log it as either low impact aerobics or walking, either one really because I just need accurate calories. The website says that if you are doing non boosted walking, you burn 100 cals per mile. If you do boosted walking it's 125-150. Hope that helps.0

I do the 4 Fast Miles as of right now where you can do them one at a time, and I generally just track it as jogging in place for however long.0
