How to Use Exercise Tab

This may seem like a silly question, but I'm confused as to how to use the exercise tab on this website. I just started today, and while the food log is really simple, I don't know how to log that I did a one hour weight lifting class. I know about how many calories I burned, so I don't want to put all the exercises in individually. Isn't there just a way to log calories burned?
Thanks in advance!

The Strength Training part of the Exercise tab doesn't track calories. You have to use the Cardiovascular part, in order to do that.
If you know the calories you burned, choose Cardiovascular > Add Exercise > search for Strength Training > and add the minutes, and adjust the calories there.
That's the only way I know of to track the actual calories burned from any form of strength training....0
