Getting In Shape! Stuck @ Plateau!

So I've had this app for awhile, using it on and off. More on than off lately and I've lost a lot of weight this year but I find myself stuck fluctuating between 170 and 180. I could really use some friends on here so there's the idea someone might be watching my progress- approving my highs and rejecting my lows. I'd be happy to offer the same support in return. Really trying to buckle down, upping the exercise and cutting more calories. Thanks for reading and HI!

    I am not sure about your workout regime. Start incorporating HIIT training twice a week. Circuit training twice a month. Best of luck
