I don't post in here very much (or log in, for that matter), though since I joined I've lost nearly a stone and am very grateful for the help and advice I have read. One of my favourite web comics is The Oatmeal, and he has done a very apt and humorous series regarding long distance running:

    I saw this today and my first thought was to share it on mfp! Even if you aren't a runner (which I'm not), the first part about "The Blerch" is something I think a lot of us can relate to.

    My favourite is probably the massive thighs and tiny arms, but yes, The Blerch is something a lot of people know of.
