Mine is public and has been since day #1. I enter food consumed as I go throughout the day. I don't enter exercise anymore for several reasons.0

I log everything I eat every day, and try to exercise 30-45 minutes/day doing something like swimming, walking, or hiking. My calorie goal is 1540 and I usually eat back about 50-75% of my burned calories. I am losing 2#/week consistently for 13 weeks now and I've lost 30# total. I even lost 2.6# on my vacation last week! My diary is open to the public.0

Mine is public. However, I think many make the mistake I did on app for MFP and assume it is automatically set to public Mine was not and I had to do this in settings.0

I just checked mine it's public now, Heck I didn't know that it wasn't public until this posting... who knew anyway it's there and it's filled out .... I have to figure out some snacks between now and bedtime though because I am really lacking on the calories today... eating was not a priority.... ps I don't log exercise as I don't want it to fit into my calorie count... I have a hard enough time getting to 1200.0

Over all goal: To continue to heal from a past trauma. To continue to learn how to better respect my body in terms of food and movement. Weight is not my main focus nor is any type of plan/diet/regimen/program/etc.

What a great idea! My diary is public. I do a low-carb/low-fat ketogenic diet, for those interested in seeing what that entails.
Also, I'm a 3rd shifter so my meals are at 5pm, 9pm, and 2am, roughly. So if you peek at my diary and it looks way too low, that's what's going on. When I log my dinner @ 2am, I actually have to click back to the day before. And I typically click the finished button at like 4am. Sooooo... the best representation if my diet is seen the day before because it'll be the complete picture.0 -
