    You look fantastic! Isn't it amazing what exercise can do? I could have written your story. Same start date & I am down 30 right now. I go to Curves and do 30 on the elliptical on my off Curves day. I also walk about 2+ miles in the evening as regularly as possible. And ride my horse a couple times a week.

    I also cheat. But I don't call it cheating. If I have something "bad", then I have to work for it. Double down with both Curves and the elliptical or some other exercise.
